Each morning, I was greeted with the aroma of fresh coffee accompanied by a delightful breakfast spread. The staff consistently offered local recommendations that enriched my stay.

However, the room's air conditioning struggled during the hot days, making nights a bit uncomfortable. Also, parking arrangements can be a bit confusing.

early morning noises start as early as 6 AM. The shower tap's confusing layout poses a safety hazard, as it operates backward, making it tricky to get the right temperature. Furniture shows wear and tear, with noticeable scratches on several pieces, which detracts from the overall appeal.

The hotel’s unique atmosphere caught my attention right away. I loved the vibrant vibe and the fact that there’s a fascinating museum located in the basement. It felt unique, unlike typical hotel setups. The breakfast quality stood out, especially the gluten-free options, which I appreciated. Plus, the garden bar provided a lovely space to relax. However, the room I stayed in—Deluxe Double or Twin—had some issues. The sound insulation was insufficient. I often heard noise from the bar below and the kitchen next door, disrupting my sleep. The bathroom needed maintenance, too. The shower curtain allowed water to spill onto the floor, creating a bit of a mess. Staff service could improve during busy times, as I faced a long wait during check-in. Overall, enjoyable parts but definite room for improvement.

Sound insulation needs improvement!!! Too much noise from the street and nearby bars!!! Bathroom plumbing issues require urgent attention!!! Ants were an odd surprise in the attic!!! Really disappointing experience overall!!!

Super comfy Deluxe Double or Twin Room with air conditioning, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette. The balcony was great for chilling. Breakfast was tasty too! Location is awesome, just a chill walk to everything thanks to the easy access. Love the vibe in this area!

Mika Downtown offers a good boutique experience in the heart of district 7, close to numerous bars and restaurants. The breakfast was quite good and the backyard lounge area provided a delightful space to relax. Additionally, being connected to the Mitico bar next door, which features live music, was a highlight of my stay. Overall, a charming and convenient location for business travelers.

I had a delightful stay with friends, especially loving the spacious Executive Two-Bedroom Suite and the super delicious breakfast. just be mindful of parking as it can be tricky.

Unexpected Comfort Amidst Challenges

I appreciated the efforts of the receptionist, who promptly assisted us with a refund process. The unique decor and vibrant atmosphere added character to my stay, even though I was dissatisfied with the room.

The loft-style setup was charming and equipped with all necessities for a comfortable stay. With a bathroom both upstairs and down, as well as a kitchen and washing machine, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from all major attractions. The free breakfast, while basic, was a nice added touch.

Just a solid selection for a flying visit in Budapest with excellent value for money. The outdoor dining area offered a great spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Bring your own towels for the pool as they were a bit hard to get.
